Slice 2 large onions and add a little water, then sauté with one large onion.
In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the sliced onion until fragrant, then add 3 cups of mixed spices previously grated.
Sauté for a short time until fragrant before adding 1 tablespoon of chili paste.
Mix well and then add meat stock with the meat in it.
Add 2 large potatoes.
Then add 1.5 small cans of coconut milk, palm sugar, tamarind, grated coconut, and a little salt.
Stir well and lastly add 10 red chili peppers.
Cook until boiling and ready to serve.
