Prepare 4 chicken thighs, removing bones.
Grate 10 cloves of garlic and grate 1 inch of ginger.
Mix in 4 tablespoons of black pepper sauce, 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder, a pinch of salt.
Gently mix everything to ensure the marinade is evenly distributed across all chicken pieces.
Marinate for at least 3 hours if time allows.
Place marinated chicken in an air fryer and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Make sure to flip the chicken halfway through baking to achieve a golden, crispy texture on both sides.
Serve with spicy sauce if desired.
