Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the sliced garlic and onions until fragrant.
Add the sliced dried chillies, ground shrimp paste, and dried red chilli; fry for another minute.
Stir in the sweet soy sauce and soy sauce.
Add the soaked tofu skin & puffs, long beans, and cubed tofu and tempeh.
Cook everything together until the vegetables are tender and well coated with the sauce.
Season to taste and serve hot.
