Boil pasta with salt.
Heat a little oil, then add diced pastrami (or chicken sautéed in two tablespoons of butter and minced garlic cloves).
Cook until golden brown.
Add black pepper and dried parsley for extra spiciness. Add two to three tablespoons of chili oil if desired.
Boil spaghetti and set aside when cooked.
Combine the sauce with cooking cream, then add pasta water to make a creamy consistency.
Add grated Parmesan cheese and Perfect Italiano Perfect Melt cheese.
Cook until cheese is melted.
Mix well until the pasta is coated in the sauce.
For extra spiciness, you can add more chili oil.
Garnish with ground cumin or fresh parsley before serving.
