Prepare bananas, you can cut them from end to end or in the middle, use any banana variety like Raja banana, Ladyfinger banana, or Gold banana.
Fold popiah wrappers by folding the bottom left and right sides towards the center, then seal the tip with a bit of water.

Cook popia rings by frying them until golden brown. Use low heat to prevent burning.
